The Toowoomba Hospital Foundation, a high profile, progressive and dynamic not-for-profit organisation based in Toowoomba, is seeking a full-time Senior Administration Officer to join their enthusiastic and dynamic team in late November 2018. The successful applicant will be a professional and motivated office allrounder with a proven ability to multi-task and provide exceptional customer service.

The Senior Administration Officer will be responsible for the following key accountabilities and duties:

  1. Compilation of monthly board meeting agendas and minute taking
  2. Collation and maintenance of data for membership sponsorship
  3. Perform confidential and administrative tasks as requested by the CEO
  4. Ensure governance of policies and procedures in relation to compliance and legislative requirements
  5. Receiving, receipting and recording of all financial transactions
  6. Banking of monies received
  7. Collection and balancing of monies
  8. Accounts functions using MYOB including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Reconciliation, as required
  9. End to end Payroll, including managing leave entitlements and Superannuation
  10. Drafting correspondence to Government and Private stakeholders
  11. Maintaining and developing working relationships with key stakeholders
  12. Preparation of Board Reports
  13. Compiling Annual Report in conjunction with team
  14. Reception relief

Applicants must possess high level written and verbal communication skills and advanced computer skills, including the Microsoft Office suite, MYOB, and Salesforce CRM (or similar database). Experience in a not-for-profit environment would be beneficial but not essential.
